Google’s mobile operating system Android is keeping a strong hold of the market with 79 percent market share in the second quarter of 2013 and the Android devices are getting more and more popular day by day beating all others very handsomely.

Last year,Android smartphones were 64.5 of the sales n the same quarter last year and the iOS platform smartphones sales share decreased from 18.8 percent to 14.2 percent worldwide in the second quarter.

Microsoft windows phone has overtaken Blackberry in the smartphone OS for the first time.But still there is a hot race going on between Android and Apple’s iOS,with Android devices domination continues.

Microsoft windows phone right now is having 3.3 percent of market shares and Black berry is at 2.7 percent.
